I actually had a similar problem when I forgot to check that virtualization was enabled in bios one time. I've also had runaway processes and vms.
I doubt WebVirtCloud is the issue. It only provide a web interface over KVM. The best is to ask help on #kvm IRC channel or similar.
Hi,
I have created some Virtual Machines via Webvirtcloud and it is working good, except that the virtual machines are very slow. I installed Webvirtcloud onto a rootserver with Intel Skylake and Fedora 23 Server OS. The Virtual Machines have enough VCPUs and RAM. Does someone have a solution?
