Export selected transactions to SEPA format #8

Given name and bank details (SWIFT and IBAN) generate a SEPA format file.

It applies only to a subset of the Contacts (Socio Ordinario or Socio Colaborador).

This file is sent to bank to issue the "remesas", once a year.
