### Details
- [ ] There will be a RettDB page where the patient guardian can add a new patient
- [ ] In this page the patient guardian can also see a list of all patients associated with the account
- [ ] The patient guardian can edit any of the information of any patient (linked with the account)
- [ ] The patient guardian can delete any patient (linked with the account)
- [ ] The patient guardian will be able to upload diagnostic files to a patient record
