### Requirements
- [ ] Responsive WebUI - some use cases are important when accessing RettDB using a mobile (upload the diagnose using mobile camera, add a new patient and edit details of patient)
- [ ] The selected framework for UI/backend must support multi-language across all pages
- [ ] Support an "easy" process to customize language for admin users (for example different json or csv files with all labels for the different languages)
- [ ] Any user will be able to change the language in account settings
- [ ] MVP will support only Spanish and English (any other language will be a nice to have)
