Feature Request: Add retype build flag to fail on warnings #636

The warnings in the retype build output are very useful for catching improper syntax, missing links etc and I want to have the option to have my retype build fail with exit code 1 if warnings are surfaced.

A new retype build --strict flag will be included in Retype v3.6.0.
