I made gvcolors.js by manually munging the file lib/common/color_names from the 
Graphviz 
source in a text editor. Write a script to do so automatically so gvcolors.js 
can be regenerated if 
needed.

Fixed in r95. There's now a Makefile and you can "make gvcolors.js".
