capital one mapping and test data #14

I was going to try to hook into tests/test.py but I couldn't get those tests to work, even unmodified. It looks like an output comparison directory might be missing (data/converted)...?

Sorry for the delay, I think there's a glitch in my .gitignore file. Working on this repo today so sample files and output should appear shortly.
