Generate a UI for subscriptions #404

Subscriptions are new in 1.4, we need to have an interface for them

About half of the UI for subscriptions is in already, for adding and removing 
subscriptions, and removing those that are subscribed.
What still needs to be done: make it prettier, and add in information the 
backend tracks, but is not yet visible:
attempting to subscribe
errors encountered while trying to subscribe, 
How long a computer's subscription is valid for (for both local and remote)

This is done in source for 1.4.  It is still a relatively simple/plain UI, but 
it is functional.
