Growl 3.0 SDK - overwrite identifier with notification center #603

Overwrite identifiers, to coalesce multiple notifications into a single one, 
should coalesce notification center notifications (both when Growl is running 
and when it's not).

Flagged for 3.0.1, as perhaps in the future there will be something which will 
allow us to do this.  Flagging as WaitingOnUpstream, and hopefully that isn't 
saying too much.

With 10.9 released, could this be flagged for 3.0? I assume it needs to use 
NSUserNotification's "identifier" property.
