Specific – target a specific area for improvement >> Coding & Problem Solving Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.>> Coding & Solving problem independently Assignable – specify who will do it. >> Trisha Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources. >> Don't know Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved. >> 2 weeks
