The current version in PyPI (0.10.0) lacks some important patches such as https://github.com/reubano/pygogo/commit/0feab9e80412f282e391a9139ba5b5666dba8008, https://github.com/reubano/pygogo/commit/910fa6ef73a172c4b02c1c9e942ba9f57d30914e or the not-yet-merged https://github.com/reubano/pygogo/pull/13/commits/530d82d8f1710a69db3b75511ffbca292a4f4bb7 which makes a simple 'pip install' of this package or anything else (such as https://github.com/reubano/csv2ofx) impossible. A manual workaround is possible but it's a hassle.
