1. What version of Python(x,y) have you installed?

2. Which components have you installed (Python(x,y) installer:

    a. Have you selected the "Recommended" component selection?

    b. Have you selected the "Full" component selection? No
c. Have you selected manually plugins in the component list?
No

3. Have you selected the option "Customize installation directories"? No
a. Yes
b. No

4. If the answer to 3. is yes, what installation directories have you
chosen?

5. Where did you install Python(x,y) itself?
    a. default path   Yes
b. custom path, which one?

6. Have you installed Python(x,y):
    a. For "Current user only"
    b. For "All users"   Yes

7. What is your operating system?
a. Windows XP
b. Windows Vista
    c. Windows 7         Yes
d. Windows 8

8. Is the operating system 64 bit?

9. When you installed Python(x,y), were you logged in as :

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build Qt 3.1.1 in Release mode
2.use python x,y 2.7
3.use DOS  to execute python script integrated with the Qt project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to run Qt using Python but this error occur instead.
Please provide any additional information below.
May be there are needed libraries to run Qt using Python in release mode .May 
be I need to add something in .pro file to run in release mode .But I suggest 
the problem is form Python since when I run Qt in release mode without being 
integrated with python it runs without any problem

Some more details could be helpful.

xy comes with PyQt4.

Qt3 was never supported ....

This problem occurs on 
Qt Creator 3.1.1 (opensource)
Based on Qt 5.2.1 (MSVC 2010, 32 bit)

However, I tried the latest version and same problem occur .I think there is a 
code should be written in .pro file to enable python to run in release mode
Qt Creator 3.2.1 (opensource)
Based on Qt 5.3.2 (MSVC 2010, 32 bit)
