I'v installed the pyVmomi and the pyVim, but after executing the code i'v got this error:

with 'create' Option : "Caught exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'CreateSnapshot'".
with 'list' Option : "Caught exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'name'".
with 'remove' Option: "Caught exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'snapshot'".

can you help me plz.
