This feat is reverted at https://github.com/reuixiy/hugo-theme-meme/commit/1331c92ff1f9200cd0bb892bb7438d72dc4997ee, because it needs to add the title manually if there is a Chinese tag like 中文 and you create tags/中文/_index.md to aliase its URL by slug.
