Add CBB state #7

Love everything except the inclusion of CDD on the home screen. I think I have a better place for that kind of info - check out the StatsScreen in the latest commit. It's currently nonfunctional, and I'll have to include some rxdart features to get it working, but I don't want to make big changes to ScooterService before merging this refactor.
