Making sure at least one proper pairing request shows on Android #88

Adding workaround for this bug in Android: https://github.com/chipweinberger/flutter_blue_plus/issues/429

Pairing notifications still show uo twice, but at least there's now always a PIN entry prompt. Also added a note for android users informing about this behavior.

Tested on Android and iOS
