Automatically removing more markdown types and formatting card with them #173

HI! Thank you so much for your great work on the plugin! I've a use case where I'm trying to ingest a lot of notes from my highlighter on Readwise, which looks like this:

And produces a card in Anki like this:

Is there a way already established to clean up this unnecessary markdown (i.e. the '``' and the '[!quote]) ? It would be even better if we could use this in some way to format the cards! I'd be happy to work on supporting the conversion of obsidian callouts into a pretty format that Anki would be happy with.
