Add option for disabling inline cards

I would like to disable the detection and processing of inline cards.

The reason is that I use pandoc/Quarto Markdown in some of my notes and this syntax (e.g. [text]{.mark}) falsely gets detected as inline cards. Given the huge and increasing popularity of pandoc and Quarto, I think this will increasingly be relevant to more and more users.

Another (and even better) option would be to change the syntax of inline cards or make it customizable.
