[% Tested positive] chart?

I think this would be a very beneficial chart to have.

The other data is affected by other things;

• The number of cases is affect by number of tests.
• The number of deaths heavily depends on how overwhelmed the hospital system is.

But the % tested positive, would be a very good normalized measure for "how bad it's going"
