Further development of (#557). #560

As we discussed finally in (#557) new option forceheadingpunctuation is introduced. It is false by default for compatibility reasons. The option covers the punctuation to running headers and, at the same time, the section counters. Thus the recommended call is \setdefaultlanguage[forcedheadingpunctuation]{hungarian}, for example. Tested under memoir class.

Looks very good. Did you also test with KOMA and the standard classes?

Could also provide documentation (in polyglossia.tex, to hungarian and revision history)?

No I did not. Tested under memoir only. I will test it more today, and adjust the documentation.
