While testing a file with \debug_on:n{all} I noticed a few things in polyglossia.sty that are fixed in this PR.

While testing a file with
\debug_on:n{all}I noticed a few things in polyglossia.sty that are fixed in this PR.\str_foldcase:(n|e)is never used so there's no need to generate ane-variant. It's also been deprecated in favor of\str_casefold:n.\clist_if_in_p:ncommand so generating a conditional variant for it does nothing.\str_upper_case:nwas deprecated in favor of\str_uppercase:nin the 2020-01-03 kernel release.
