Hi, as the error says, the input is invalid: the two PDBs have different numbers of CA atoms, so can not be processed properly.

Thanks! I did not spot the different number of atoms in my pymol comparison earlier.

I am trying to run overlap analysis but I get "No results for this analysis, because either you did not select it or the input is invalid." when I check the results.
I used the following PDBs: 2xpy, 2xp0.
