Vite 2.7 unknown file type svelte #47

Getting build errors from esbuild about .svelte being an unknown file type when building the page.

This is likely due to how we have configured the graphics-svelte-components library. Needs fixing and testing, but temporary fix may be to pin vite to 2.6.14.
