Updated boilerplate code in Example Chart to simplify imports

A couple of minor changes to make the Example Chart a better starting point:

Chart.js file now imports all of D3, because the current version of D3 allows for tree shaking.
Updated default styling for the chart in ExampleChart/index.svelte
