"type", "graphicid" and "adstest" are custom parameters in ad requests.

"type" is a fixed value per placement. "grahpicId" is a unique identifier per graphic page. "adstest" is a freeform string that is appended after the URL for us to QA ads. ie, https://www.reuters.com/graphics/HEALTH-CORONAVIRUS/TEST/byvrklraape/?adtest=sponsortest, then the "adstest" value to pass is "sponsortest".
Once we confirm ads are working, some work will need to be done to hard-code the equivalent of what exists in PageBuilder.
