Can this work for flat file only graphics packs? #28

Would like to make a bluprint that can help upload statics only packs. I suspect the lack of a public edition will cause badness now in this lib, but would be good if it didn't.

On first look.... There's a lot of directory checking in dist, build scripts get run, etc...

It may make better sense to create another CLI that doesn't expect to publish a public page.

Buuuuuuuut, what if we want a future template that handles flat graphics AND ai2html? So like a fully fledged embeds-only bluprint. Thinking face.
