NAV BAR UPDATE and other small things #21

Updated all pages with a nav bar. NavBarHtml now contains all pages old nav bar ever had.

HTML file is problem-> aktuelles projekt:... is serverside question. Required!!!!! Eig notwendig, muss vorher noch gefixt werden.

Added _utils.php -> updated multiple sql queries and every login. Remooved btn-xs style from pages and put it into style.css.

Fixed utils.php issues. Testet the new Navbar -> Works perfectly.
