Links sent to browser do not open if first Chrome window in a session is closed

Operating System: Windows 7
Chrome version: 9.0.597.98 beta
Version of android2cloud Chrome extension: 2.0.2
The server I'm using: Default
The Google Account name that I logged in with: technogeek@gmail.com

Summary of issue: If I close the first Chrome window created in a session, any 
links sent to the browser from my phone will not appear until I restart Chrome. 
This may be related to issue 62.

What I am doing, step-by-step:
1.) Open Chrome.
2.) Open two tabs.
3.) Drag the second tab into its own window, then close the first tab.
4.) Send any link from the Android device to the browser

What I expect to see:
The link opening normally.

What I see:
No link appears until I restart Chrome; at which point, the standard "New tab" 
display appears along with the previously sent link.

Hmm. This is a rather interesting edge case. I'm going to investigate this, but 
issue 65 unfortunately needs to get priority. I can't say for sure how the 
extension will react in this situation, though I can't think of why it would be 
different...

In short, I'll have to get back to you on this one, after issue 65 settles down 
some.
