Pasted metadata are not imported #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paste metadata into textarea in Import Metadata.
2. Select metadata type.
3. Click Save.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Metadata should be imported, however I, Librarian asks for the metadata file.

This will be fixed in 2.4.
