Please update included FastMM 4.90 to 4.92 #10

FastMM 4.90 is bundled with OTL 1.03.

Please consider updating to FastMM 4.92 to benefit from bugfixes and 
enhancements.

Thanks so much for providing this fantastic library!

The frequent releases are great!  It makes it less scary for us mortals to 
upgrade OTL.
