Cannot install in XE2 - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open "OmniThreadLibraryPackagesXE2.groupproj" in XE2
2. "Build All" in Project Manager window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

[BRCC32 Error] OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE2.vrc(58): file not found: 
OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE_Icon.ico

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7.6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
Delphi XE2 Version 16.0.4276.44006
