Missing OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE7.dcp #78

Working with Delphi XE7,
On opening the OmniThreadLibraryPackagesXE7.groupproj and then compile it it is 
generating the error OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE7.dcp missing.
Compiled the OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE7.bpl Ok.
Compiled the OmniThreadLibraryDesigntimeXE7.bpl Error 
OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE7.dcp missing.

Any help on this?
