Payment column fetch outstanding wages #44

One of the clients want the following changes In the "Payment" Column in "Wage slip" it should automatically fetch what is on the "Outstanding Wages" field of the "Wage Slip". If some one want to change the value of the payment it can be changed by writting.

Please Review and Merge it.
