Shrink lifter rod tang to better fit socket #32

Addresses issue: https://github.com/revarbat/snappy-reprap/issues/31

After 4 different attempts I was not able to fit the lifter rod tang into the socket. It required too much pressure and the tangs broke off on all 4 attempts. This shrinks the tang slightly. Not sure if this is a good value yet until I print it out and try it. I'm not sure the ramifications on the strength of the tang since it is smaller and won't be able to handle as much rotational force.

Not sure why it put this PR in this original repo, I was intending it to only be in my forked repo for now until I get the value dialed in.

Out of curiosity, I'm wondering about using a Herringbone rack and pinion system instead of the worm gears for the z-axis. I don't know much about mechanical engineering yet though so I'm not sure the pros and cons. Wondering if anyone else can comment on that.

Closing this since others seem to be having success with the original size.

I tried a direct rack and pinion on my very first towers, but that suffers from two critical problems: 1) not enough torque to lift the extruder bridge reliably. 2) when it is turned off, it drops the nice pointy metal extruder tip onto the build platform quickly enough to break the glass.
