Getting the BPM to an exact number sucks #166

Want your BPM to be exactly 160.00? Unless you have another reference track at 
160 you can [SYNC] to, it's miserable.

Typing in the exact BPM would be a natural fix, but I abhor how modal that 
is... Hmm...

Two new ways: Hold down shift w/ arrow keys, or use multitouch 2-finger gesture 
with mouse hovering over BPM/Pitchbend.
