Create Attempts/Results Page #126

Create a Lightning Web Component for listing the past attempts of an associate and their results.

Display a table of past attempt records sorted by date descending, and have a button available to filter by certification type.

Have the results of the attempt appear in a modal when the attempt is clicked on.

Nouh was added to Experience team (8/31/21), so we will be paired programming to start off with this component.
