Error in trying to use the Relaxed Clocks & Time Trees script #140

Hello,

I am trying to use the Relaxed Clocks & Time Trees script but I keep getting a functionality error at the start. This is the error;

n_taxa <- T.ntips() Error: No function named 'ntips'

taxa <- T.taxa() Error: No function named 'taxa'

It is successfully reading in my tree but I can't get any further because of the above issue? Could you help me please? I am using the most uptodate version of revbayes 1. 0.9
