Making sure that the rate multipliers are what they need to be to ensure that the induced prior on branch lengths (or tree length) doesn't deviate from the user-specified prior, as per the recent Slack discussion with @bredelings. The prior on relative rate multipliers is now more informative, as per @hoehna's recommendation. Also fixed a few other issues with the tutorial (typos, missing and improperly referenced citations).
