A tiny but long-delayed change to the Mass Extinction Estimation tutorial, meant to address issue #421 from the code base repo. Basically, recommending that the users read their taxon ages from a dedicated file is good advice in general, but it no longer works with point ages and a fixed topology due to the checks that were implemented in PR #386.
