What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

The chdman.exe from mame 1.45u4.
Whatever covert CHD v4 image to v5 or create from GDI image directly.
It shows "Selected image failed to load".
The commandline is here:
chdman copy -i old.chd -o new.chd
chdman createcd -i image.gdi -o image.chd
