Open Mcscott142 opened 4 years ago
After speaking with @HauwaAguillard, we decided to build the prototype using this one issue since there is no functionality to separate out and work in parallel. It will be easier to track progress here and have all resources in one place.

Updated AC and Title. Moving to implement column.
Some Notes on "Resources" section when we get there. More to come
@Mcscott142 to break this out into 3 issues via https://revelry-public.slack.com/archives/C01573BMABS/p1591046186064600.
Created #63, #64, and #65 to break some of these things out.
@HauwaAguillard https://github.com/revelry-foundation/nightingale/issues/63 covers the social sharing.

Background
During our post Design Studio Interview with Veena Goud, we learned that we are on the right track with a Risk Assessment tool and a little off-base with a symptom tracker (simply because that solution feels saturated with in progress solutions at the moment).
We decided to more tightly focus the prototype to a risk assessment tool. The tool will help users understand their risks, what their family's risks are, and get a detailed plan or approach in navigating those risks in their day to day lives.
Users will get a High, Medium, or Low grade. They'll be given helpful links, suggestions, and plans based on their grade along with general COVID resources. Once completed they'll receive a completion badge (think "I voted" sticker"), and they'll have the ability to share a Bingo card on social with de-risking activities.
Broad Hypothesis
1) We believe that creating an intake form that identifies an individual's risk factors and gives them resources for Community leaders who reach out to their communities and the younger generation within multi-generational family homes who have an at-risk family member will result in increased awareness and adoption of tracing efforts. We’ll know we’re right when we see a 60%+ level of tool *adoption; individual use of the intake tool and a decrease of COVID-19 transmission by half.
2) We believe that creating a helpful how-to guide on preventive measures residents can take to avoid the contracting and transmission of COVID-19 for Community leaders who reach out to their communities and the younger generation within multi-generational family homes who have an at-risk family member will result in increased awareness and adoption of tracing efforts. We’ll know we’re right when we see a 60%+ level of tool *adoption; individual use of the intake tool and a decrease of COVID-19 transmission by half.
