Background

Users will complete a quiz/risk assessment that grades them as High, Medium, or Low risk. They'll be given helpful links, suggestions, and plans based on their grade along with general COVID information as resources. Once completed they'll receive a completion badge (think "I voted" sticker"), and they'll have the ability to share a Bingo card on social with de-risking activities.

This issue is for creating the InVision ProtoType for the share functionality design which will happen after the risk assessment/quiz has been taken. See #55 for a little more detail on the overall reasoning. Some quick wires are located below.

Broad Hypothesis

1) We believe that creating an intake form that identifies an individual's risk factors and gives them resources for Community leaders who reach out to their communities and the younger generation within multi-generational family homes who have an at-risk family member will result in increased awareness and adoption of tracing efforts. We’ll know we’re right when we see a 60%+ level of tool *adoption; individual use of the intake tool and a decrease of COVID-19 transmission by half.

2) We believe that creating a helpful how-to guide on preventive measures residents can take to avoid the contracting and transmission of COVID-19 for Community leaders who reach out to their communities and the younger generation within multi-generational family homes who have an at-risk family member will result in increased awareness and adoption of tracing efforts. EOD:

• Started off with wire to get the basic concept of bingo down and paired with @Mcscott142 for a bit to pick his brain around his initial idea with the COVID bingo card

Basically, what I ended up with is a checklist of things to do to de-risk. A user goes through the de-risk flow and checkoff activities they have done for the day, then get a derisk score. There is also an option to download the de-risking activity at which point users could post on their social media.

If this gets a green light, I'll for sure need content for the following screens The de-risking activity instruction page

Update: My system has been running slow and keeps running into the wheel of death situation but here is an update of what I have so far.

I spent most of my time searching for free to use covid19 icons that make the most sense for the activities. Found out that font awesome has icons we could use

• Why are icons important? because some members of the community are not fluent English speakers and hopefully seeing the icons, we're able to convey the message that matters, until we have the app translated to other languages e.g Spanish
