Background

The mobile version of the site looks a little wonky.

Scenario: Tighten Up Responsive Views

Given I am @vegasgeek,

[x] When I pick up this ticket,
[x] Then I review the landing page on mobile,
[x] And make necessary adjustments to the CSS in order to whip the view into shape.

@westonmcwhorter I took a pass at this and the biggest issues I found had to do with the header and footer. I have cleaned up both and checked it on my iPhone Xr and it feels much cleaner.

I'll move this ticket over to QA/UAT and if you run into anything that still feels off, please let me know!
