An Issue to propose/plan User Testing in order to surface opportunities for improvements and new features.

With User Testing, we should develop a script or scripts that include a series of tasks we want the user to perform / accomplish. In observing the user navigating and attempting to accomplish the tasks, we will likely uncover new features opportunities, bugs, and more.
