We want to have an example of a payment update form made using Harmonium. Below are the affordances it should have.

Update Payment Information

Stripe Element Credit Card Form (for example purposes, this can be a form fields for credit card number, cvc, expiration, and zip code)
Address
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
Submit
