Renaming the JavaScript output. A (hopefully) better name to reduce confusion between it and the harmonium.config.js configuration file.

@bryanjos can we not do harmonium-tokens instead of harmonium.tokens?

I merged this locally to make sure that semantic release does the right thing. So I'm closing this PR
