Background

Integrate a delete artifact function into ProdOps-SDK-Elixir.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Delete an artifact using the SDK

• [ ] Given I am an authenticated SDK user
• [ ] When I execute the delete method with a valid artifact_type_slug and artifact_type_id
• [ ] Then the SDK should send a DELETE request to /api/v1/artifact_types/<artifact_type_slug>/artifacts/<artifact_type_id>
• [ ] And the artifact should be deleted from the system

• [ ] And the SDK should return a confirmation of the deletion.
