What I'm doing:

add mimic to deps and test_helper.exs
add artifact_type test using mimic to mock

What it looks like:

*[cs/mimic][~/src/prodops_ex]$ mix test
........
Finished in 0.06 seconds (0.05s async, 0.01s sync)
8 tests, 0 failures

What I'd like feedback on:

Does this look right? First time doing anything with Mimic lol. More asserts?
