Background

Integrate new team-based project retrieval function into the ProdOps-SDK-Elixir.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Retrieve list of projects for a given team

• [ ] Given the ProdOps-SDK-Elixir is properly configured
• [ ] When I invoke the new retrieval function with a valid team identifier
• [ ] Then the SDK should make a request to the ProdOps API's get projects endpoint
• [ ] And return a list of projects associated with the given team

• [ ] And the list should be accurate and up-to-date with the ProdOps API's data.
