Setup - test suite tags #4

We want to set up multiple test suites using tags/filters so apprentices can run them one at a time as they progress through the lessons (aka building the app). We should go ahead and decide what that will look like.

[ ] bin script takes arguments that determine 1. which test tags to run 2. which test suite to run (front-end / back-end / both).
[ ] basic tagged example for homepage and generated code.
[ ] tests also out put coverage reports.
